To participate in any leagues, clinics, or tournaments at The Bridgewater Dome, all participants must complete our online waiver. This waiver is valid for the entire season and only needs to be filled out once. Detailed instructions for completing the waiver are provided below.

How to Complete the Waiver

1. Team Participation: If you are part of a team, your coach or team captain will send you an online link to fill out the waiver form.

2. Clinic Participation: If you are registering for a clinic at The Bridgewater Dome, you will be prompted to complete the waiver during the registration process.
